When I buy something on Puloma, how does it work exactly? PULOMA picks up the products directly from the brands, checks whether there is any damage, then arrange for international delivery for you from Paris.
What if a product is "Out of Stock"? Is it gone forever? No, most products come back on sale after some time unless the product is seasonal or time-limited. As most brands are offering handmade products, the inventories are much more limited than other mass-producing items but our brands are doing their best to refill the stock! In any case, please don't hesitate to contact us if a product you are interested in is out of stock. We’ll do our best to have it back on stock in no time!
What are the payment options at PULOMA? We accept payments from major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard,as well as PayPal.
Is it safe to buy on Puloma? PULOMA uses the most up-to-date encryption technology available in the industry. Please feel safe, but if you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact us!
When does PULOMA charge my credit card? We don't charge your card or PayPal account until your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase? Usually, we cannot accept modifications or cancelations once your order is submitted, but we will try our best and check with brands directly if it is not too long after your order. Please let us know as soon as possible via email.
Does PULOMA charge sales tax? We do not charge sales tax in EU or Japan. For other destinations, the local authority in your place might charge sales tax or import tax on delivery. Usually, they do not charge on private import if your order is under a certain amount. We recommend you to check local regulations on private import if you plan to purchase a large amount on PULOMA.
How does PULOMA ship products? At PULOMA we pick up your order directly from our brand partners. We carefully check the quality, pack your order in our original protective box and arrange international shipping to your address. It may take 10 to 20 days between your order and the delivery to your door. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and please do not hesitate to contact us if your order does not arrive after 20 days after the date of purchase or you have any concerns about delivery!

Can I send PULOMA products as gifts? PULOMA can send your ordered products to your friends or family as gifts for free! Please check "order as a gift" in the check-out process, and then you’ll be required to put the name and address of your friend or family. When you send products as gifts, we don’t put the bill in the package. You’ll receive the bill by email.
The products I ordered are precious. Are you sure they will arrive in perfect condition? No worries, our packages are super safe. We send products in hard boxes so that nothing can happen to them.
How can I know the status of shipment? You can check the status of shipment from "My Account" page. Once we ship your products from France, we will send you a tracking code so that you can check the status and estimated delivery day at the transporter's website by using this tracking code. If you have chosen the ‘free shipping’ method, no tracking is available.

How do I earn credits?When you join PULOMA, you instantly have 10€ that you can spend immediately on our shop, no minimum price needed. That’s as simple as that! You can get 10 more euros by inviting friends to register on PULOMA. When they make their first purchase, your account will be credited with 10€!
How can I use credits? When making a new order, you can use the credits in the shopping cart. You can also keep the credits for a later usage if you don't chose to use the credits in the cart..
How can I check my credits? You can check your credits by visiting "My Account" page. We also provide information on how many of friends have already joined through your invitation.
Why does it come to an odd figure? Credits are in euros. The 10€ are automatically converted into dollars or yens (depending on the currency you chose) according to current exchange rate, and may thus slightly vary.
