Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any items you purchased
from PULOMA that come under one of the following conditions, for a full refund.
You can choose refund or delivery of replacement. We will refund the shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error.
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Different items from what you ordered
Return Procedure
Prior to returning items, please
contact us with the order
number and your name (as printed on the packing slip). Our staff will guide you
through the return process. Normally we will ask you to send us a photo of items
in concern by email and quickly check if they meet one of the conditions for
return or replacement.
